1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Legalise AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

Legalise AI provides software to draft, manage, and export legal documents. We do not provide legal advice and recommend consulting qualified counsel for complex matters.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ workspaces without permission.
• Do not misuse the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent documents.

4. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Taxes, if applicable, are charged separately. You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Legalise AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
