Legalise AI is built in Kuala Lumpur by a team of lawyers, product engineers, and compliance specialists. Our mission is to make high-quality legal documentation accessible to every business operating across Southeast Asia.

Our story

We founded Legalise AI after seeing founders spend weeks recreating the same legal paperwork—NDAs, shareholder agreements, leases—without local context or guidance. We believe technology should accelerate compliance, not replace professional advice. Every template we ship is reviewed by Malaysian-qualified counsel and accompanied by commentary you can understand.

Nur Aisyah Rahman, Chief Executive Officer – former corporate lawyer specialising in venture capital and technology deals.
Daniel Lim, Chief Product Officer – product strategist with experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms across ASEAN.
Priya Krishnan, Head of Legal Engineering – leads our contract automation team and previously managed legal operations for regional banks.
